The Pasco County Fee has selected Trias Building LLC, to full the renovation work at the Land O’ Lakes Branch Library.

The library, at 2818 Collier Parkway, in Land O’ Lakes, will get a total makeover, less than the authorized expenditure, which is not to exceed $3,837,200.
