Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry was swarmed by fans on Thursday ahead of Game 6 of the NBA Finals in Boston.

Looking for signatures, fans draped an entire team store’s worth of Curry jerseys over the railing surrounding TD Garden’s visitor’s tunnel entrance; Curry graciously signed a ton of merch prior to heading back to the locker room. He also signed at least one pair of the lucky purple shoes he’s worn in four games this postseason (going 4-0 in those games, including Game 5).

Curry was — surprise!— also spotted wearing the purple shoes ahead of Game 6’s tip-off.

In a clip posted to ESPN’s Twitter account, fans can be heard chanting “MVP,” something most NBA fans likely didn’t expect to hear in Boston, where Celtics fans have mostly been terrible to Draymond Green, Steph Curry’s wife Ayesha and Dub Nation.

“Steph, you’ve got some Boston fans that love you,” one woman can be heard yelling in the background of the clip.

“DUBS IN SIX!” a man screams. “CONFETTI!”

The Celtics, trailing 3-2 after dropping consecutive games to the Dubs thanks to a 43-point outburst from Curry in Game 4 and a full team effort from the Warriors in Game 5, look to force a Game 7 in San Francisco on Sunday with a win tonight in Boston.
