Lowe’s Residence Advancement obtained preliminary zoning and website strategy approval to build a 113,860-sq.-foot store at the Leland City Heart. The retailer will also involve a 27,720-sq.-foot backyard middle.
According to Leland setting up director Ben Andrea, constructing permits have also been submitted and are pending approval now. A community company section evaluation is the last hurdle before development would be ready to start out.
